Masters Fitness Session Video

This video is our Friday Masters fitness session, which I have been coaching for almost 7 years. We have 15-20 regulars, the majority aged 70 – 90yrs young!

It is perfect for maintaining mobility, posture, balance, muscle strength and general well being!
